Weddings
At Double Play DJ's we understand how important a wedding is, especially when it's YOUR wedding. Don't let your special day be anything less than perfect because of an amateur Disc Jockey with little or no experience.
We've done weddings for more than fifteen years and we are experienced professionals. Our experience will ensure that your wedding will turn out to be a truly special and memorable event for everyone.
We meet with our clients one on one to plan and help organize all of their wedding events. We also contact the location staff, and wedding photographer to completely coordinate your wedding, making sure everything goes just the way you planned it. We will also sit down with you and choose a playlist of songs that you and your wedding party and guests will enjoy. You get exactly what you want!

We are experienced and capable of handling school events from elementary to college levels. We play clean, radio edited music to keep the party clean and fun for everyone.

Bar Mitzvah / Bat Mitzvah
When it's time for your child's Bar or Bat Mitzvah, we understand that you want nothing but the best for them. Our unique approach to Bar/Bat Mitzvahs is what make the difference. We plan months ahead of time whenever possible, and we work with the entire family to make sure this event is as memorable and perfect as it can be. Once you have decided on a theme, we will work diligently until the day of the event to ensure it is exactly what you want.

Corporate Events
Our corporate events department has years of experience with small and large events. We can provide you with everything you need for your sales meeting (onsite or offsite) or company retreat.
We can help with something as simple as a DJ for your evening dinner and reception, or as much as a producer, audio technician, video technicians, camera operators, photographers, complete sound system and video projection. We can provide set design and a construction crew if needed.
Double Play DJ's has been in business for sixteen years in Tucson and we have built solid relationships with many other vendors in Arizona. This allows us to supply you and your employees or clients with hotels, meeting space, air and ground transportation, as well as onsite and offsite entertainment. We also provide onsite management for the entire event.

Catering
Double Play Catering, L.L.C.
Double Play Catering is not your ordinary catering company. Yes, we will provide you with any type and amount of food you want, just like any other catering company. The difference with Double Play is our service.
We custom build each menu to the customer's order. We will help you decide the perfect menu with sides and dessert. If you have your heart set on a menu from a restaurant, our staff will pick up and deliver (and serve) that meal. No other caterer does that. We will do whatever it takes to make your event perfect.
Some events we have done are:
- Hamburgers and hotdogs for 1600 people cooked onsite
- Company picnic for 600 - BBQ beef, hamburgers and hotdogs
- Steak, red potato, apsaragus and dessert, plated and served for one hundred people
Double Play has a staff of over thirty people to serve and clean up after your event. We provide outstanding customer service and we'll leave the venue cleaner than when we arrived.
Bartending
Double Play DJ's and Entertainment Services has several certified bartenders on staff. We will meet with you and help you determine what kind and how much liquor, beer, soda, water, cups, ice napkins, straws and garnish you will need for your event. Our staff will show up with everything you need to pour any type of drink you or your guests desire.
We will provide:
- Ice Chest(s) for your beverages
- Mixing tins
- Ice scoops and ice buckets
- Pour spouts for your bottles
- Garnish tray(s)
- Bar towels
- Large and small containers to ice down soda and water
You supply the alcohol and the space, we do the rest while you enjoy your party!

Double Play can provide you with any supplies and equipment needed for your event including (but not limited to):

Double Play has on staff wedding and event planners. With years of experience, our team will work hand-in-hand with you to create a special event.
Weddings
Double Play can help plan your wedding from an intimate backyard setting to a large Platinum wedding at one of Tucson's elegant resorts. Double Play DJ's has built solid relationships with many other suppliers and vendors in the wedding industry. Thanks to these strong relationships, Double Play always has a group of industry professionals available to assist with your special day. Attention to every detail, no matter how small, is our goal.
Stage Sound
Without a doubt, this division of Double Play DJ's and Entertainment Services is the most fun of all. With the desire to have as much fun as the performers and guests in attendance, Double Play Staff will provide complete stage sound, lighting and staff to manage your show. Listed below are some of the events we have provided with sound and staff.
- Young's Farm Pumpkin Festival (Dewey, AZ)
The 3rd largest annually attended event in the state of Arizona until its closing in 2006. 250,000 people attended over a twelve day period every fall. We provided stage sound and wrieless remote speaker towers over the entire farm. - Rex Allen™ Days (Willcox, AZ) 2008
Harry Luge, one of Arizona's biggest country artists performed - Livin' La Vida Verde (Tucson's Green festival) 2008
Several of Tucson's best bands performed in front of hundreds of happy, dancing people. - Tucson's 2009 Tax Day Tea Party - more than 2,000 people in attendance. Country artist J.D. Norris performed.
- Arizona City Daze - Yearly Festival with hundreds of people attending. Local bands and performances all day.
